With the Creator M16, MSI has introduced a new notebook whose 16:10 display with its high resolution and brightness should be particularly suitable for creative people who also edit videos or photos on their device. The notebook has enough power with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 (Ti) GPU and an 11th generation Intel processor.
New MSI Creator M16 notebook, as the name suggests, is mainly aimed at creative people and content creators who also want to edit images and videos with their notebooks.
For this purpose, the RTX 3050 laptop comes with a 16-inch 16:10 display that has a QHD+ resolution and a relatively high brightness of up to 500nits. The panel covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. As usual, the 720p webcam can be found in the upper display frame.
In addition to the display, the internal specifications are also appealing at first glance. MSI installed an Intel processor from the 11th generation of the H series. This is optionally available with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti or RTX 3050 and up to 64 GB of DDR4 RAM. MSI uses an NVME SSD as the hard drive, which is connected via PCI-E Gen 4.
In terms of connectivity, there is a USB Type C port, three USB Type-A ports, an HDMI output, an Ethernet port, and an audio jack on the sides of the 27.5mm thick housing. Unfortunately, MSI does without an SD card reader, which one or the other creative person might miss. The built-in battery has a 53.5 Whr capacity.
