Honor 400 Specifications
The Honor 400 has several, sometimes quite significant, limitations. For example, it uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, although at 8 gigabytes, the RAM is significantly smaller than the Honor 400 Pro. The manufacturer eliminated wireless charging, and limited the 5,300 mAh battery to 66-watt wired charging instead of 100 watts. However, the weaker SoC and the slower wired charging are likely manageable limitations for many users.
Users who enjoy taking photos with their smartphones will likely be affected by the lack of a telephoto lens. The phone still features a 200-megapixel primary camera and a 12-megapixel macro and ultra-wide-angle camera, while the front camera retains a 50-megapixel resolution. An AI Super Zoom is promised.
The display has no significant limitations; the slightly smaller 6.55-inch panel offers a resolution of 2,736 x 1,264 pixels, reaches a peak brightness of 5,000 cd/m², and supports a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The smartphone is protected against dust and water damage per IP65 requirements, and drops should not cause immediate fatal damage to the smartphone. Wi-Fi 6 is available instead of Wi-Fi 6E, and dual SIM support is possible.
