South Korean electronics giant Samsung has recently released a new 77-inch OLED 4K UHD Smart TV, called the Samsung S84F, in its home country. Furthermore, it pairs high-contrast OLED technology with advanced smart features and in addition, it delivers strong gaming support, thereby offering a standout value in its class.
Highlights
Samsung’s S84F (77‑inch) is an OLED 4K UHD smart TV that is built around the NQ4 AI Gen2 processor and Vision AI, therefore delivering sharp upscaling and scene‑aware tuning. In addition, the ultra-slim chassis, Pantone-validated color, and tidy cable management make it an easy fit for modern setups. These features also reinforce its strong position in the Samsung TV brand lineup.
Picture
- Self‑emissive OLED pixels deliver true blacks and crisp specular detail for high‑impact HDR scenes.
- 4K HDR and AI upscaling clean up lower‑res sources without aggressive smoothing.
- Pantone Validated color and effective reflection control help in mixed lighting, boosting perceived contrast.
Smart and Gaming
- Tizen organizes major streaming apps and device control cleanly for a no-nonsense OLED 4K smart TV experience.
- HDMI 2.1, 4K/120Hz, VRR, ALLM, and Game Mode keep input lag low and motion stable for current consoles and PCs.
- Motion Xcelerator reduces blur and artifacts, making it useful for fast sports and shooters in the TV 4K HDR OLED category.
Value and Feedback
- At this price, S84F undercuts many premium panels while keeping core OLED strengths—black levels, wide viewing angles, and thin industrial design—positioning it as the best OLED TV for the price for many buyers.
- Owner notes commonly cite deep contrast, consistent off-axis color, and straightforward menus; a soundbar elevates dialogue and bass beyond the built-in 20W system if aiming for a theater-like setup in a Samsung home TV.
