Samsung released the Galaxy Tab S7 FE 5G, a new Android tablet that comes with a 12.4-inch display and a Snapdragon 750G processor. However, there are a few disadvantages to the memory configuration.
After the launch of the Samsung Tab S7 FE back in May, the new Samsung Android tablet is finally available to pre-order in the country. It is now clear that the shipping will start from September 8, 2021. In terms of price, the Samsung S7 FE tablet is available for $529.99 for the 64GB storage or $679.99 for the 256GB storage model and can be pre-ordered via Amazon.com, Bhphotovideo.com, and Bestbuy.com online stores.
For this, customers receive a 12.4-inch display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and supports input with a pen. Unfortunately, the TFT panel comes with a refresh rate of only 60 Hz, which is not particularly good in comparison with the competition. However, the selfie camera has a resolution of 5 MP, while an 8 MP sensor is installed on the back. As usual, you shouldn’t expect too much from this.
Inside, the Snapdragon 750G is used as the processor, which is supported by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. At least the internal memory can be expanded by up to 1 TB using a microSD card. There is also a version with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The battery should last up to 12 hours with a capacity of 10,090 mAh.
On the software side, the Samsung Tab S7 FE supports the DeX app, which makes it easier to use the tablet in combination with the keyboard cover as a notebook replacement. The current One UI, which is based on Android 11, is preinstalled as the operating system.
In summary, the Galaxy Tab S7 FE is a relatively unspectacular Samsung Android tablet in its price range, which does not go wrong at first glance, but which at the same time lacks the big unique selling point.
