The Asus 27 inch monitor ROG Strix XG27AQ (approx. $488 on Amazon), which was released last year, now available in White color version. Apart from the looks, the Asus XG27AQ-W appears to be identical otherwise. The installed IPS panel has a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels (WQHD) at a maximum of 170 Hz, measures 27 inches diagonally, and is DisplayHDR 400 certified.
The ELMB Sync monitor also promises 130 percent sRGB, 95 percent DCI-P3, and a Delta-E value of less than 2. The contrast ratio is 1000:1, the color depth is 8 bits, the response time is 1 ms (grey to gray), the typical brightness is 400 cd/m², and the power consumption is less than 35 watts.
G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync can be combined with an anti-motion blur mode thanks to ELMB-Sync functionality. The Asus ROG Strix XG27AQ-W also includes a black stabilizer, two internal 2-watt speakers, and rear Aura Sync lighting elements.
In terms of interfaces, there are two HDMI 2.0 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.2, a USB 3.2 hub, and a headphone output. The Asus 27 inch monitor can be tilted, rotated, adjusted in height, pivoted, or mounted on a wall or swivel arm using a VESA mount (100 x 100 mm). A blue light filter and a flicker-free backlight are also included.
