Asus Vivobook S16 2024 with Intel Core Ultra 9 and 120 Hz OLED Display

Asus presents the Vivobook S16 OLED 2024 in Intel Core Ultra version with an integrated Neural Processing Unit. It has a separate copilot button to access the AI ​​tools.

According to Asus, the S versions of the Vivobook series aim to offer “the ultimate experience for those who want to be productive on the go and seek instant entertainment.” Vivobook S series offers three display sizes and an Intel Evo edition with CPUs up to Intel Core Ultra 9. Alternatively, customers can choose an AMD version equipped with Ryzen 8040 series processors and AMD RDNA 3 graphics.

Vivobook S16 OLED 2024 (S5606) features Intel Core Ultra CPUs with a Total Delivery Power of up to 45 watts. There is also an Intel Neural Processing Unit (NPU) on board.

The AMD versions of the Vivobook S16 2024 feature CPUs from the AMD Ryzen 8040 series with AMD RDNA-3 graphics. Similar to the Intel versions, they offer a TDP of up to 45 watts. It also integrates Ryzen AI acceleration.

Vivobook S16 OLED 2024, with Windows 11 preinstalled, features a separate Copilot button for instant access to AI tools. In addition, the new Asus laptop offers a “Memory Allocated” function that allows users to expand the video memory of the integrated graphics unit up to 8 GB.

This year’s Vivobook S16 features an OLED panel equipped with Asus’s Lumina technology, boasting a resolution of up to 3.2K and a refresh rate of 120 Hertz. It also offers 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and has earned DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification.

Asus also introduced the 15″ Vivobook S15 OLED 2024, priced at $1,069 on Amazon. This model features an Intel Core Ultra 7 155H Processor, 16GB DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB SSD.
