Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Yoga Convertible packs an Intel Tiger Lake CPU and Thunderbolt 4

Lenovo has introduced a brand new convertible that is part of the ThinkBook series and is equipped with the latest Intel Tiger Lake chip. The Lenovo ThinkBook 14s Yoga comes with an aluminum housing and a touchscreen that is protected from scratches by Corning Gorilla Glass.

New Lenovo convertible under the ThinkBook brand. The heart of the convertible is an Intel Core i7 from the current Tiger Lake-U family, including an Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7. In addition, there are up to two M.2 PCIe SSDs and up to 40 GB DDR4 memory.

The 14-inch touchscreen Lenovo Think Book has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, a maximum brightness of 300 nits, and support for Dolby Vision, a cover made of Corning Gorilla Glass protects the screen from scratches. The 360-​​degree hinge enables the notebook to be used in the usual convertible positions. The active stylus can be stowed in the notebook.

A 60 Wh battery can be found in the 1.5 kilogram light and 16.9- millimeter thin case, which should enable a runtime of 8.6 hours. The choice of connections is quite impressive, including a Thunderbolt 4 port (USB-C), one USB-C 3.1 Gen 2, two USB-A 3.0, one HDMI 1.4b, AUX, and a microSD card reader.

Wireless connections are possible via Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0. The equipment also includes an illuminated keyboard, 2 x 2-watt stereo speakers with tuning from Harman, a fingerprint sensor in the power button, and an HD webcam with a privacy shutter.

Apart from this ThinkBook, Lenovo has also made available the Thinkpad C13 Yoga Chromebook Convertible laptop that provides security and works with Chrome OS and Google Workspace applications for corporate IT departments outside the Microsoft Office365 ecosystem, priced at $917.75.
