TTArtisan AF 35mm F1.8 lens announced for Sony, Fuji, and Nikon

TTArtisan introduces the compact TTArtisan AF 35mm F1.8, a wide-angle lens tailored for Sony E, Fujifilm X, and Nikon Z mirrorless cameras, boasting autofocus support.

This lens is optimized for APS-C sensor cameras, featuring a 9-blade aperture ranging from F/1.8 to F/16. Equipped with a sole control ring for focusing, its optical build comprises 10 elements in 8 groups, achieving a minimum focus distance of 0.6 meters.

With a 52mm filter thread diameter, the TTArtisan AF 35mm F1.8 lens measures φ65×60 mm, weighing between 199 and 210 grams based on the bayonet mount type. Its durable design shields against dust and moisture.

The lens employs an STM stepper drive for its autofocus system, aiming for swift and silent operation. It’s crafted to minimize extraneous noise, particularly beneficial when recording alongside an on-camera microphone.

It has an Eye Recognition Focus with accurate and agile eye tracking makes it easy to capture wonderful moments when taking photos, and helps to shoo smooth images when recording videos. The firmware upgrade of the lens can be carried out through the type-c interface to improve the performance. Different from the common design of the interface on the lens, TTArtisan designs the interface on the back cap, which improves the aesthetics of the lens.
