Seagate has announced the FireCuda 530 internal SSD drives in the M.2 2280 format with up to 4TB NVMe capacity: the drives use the PCIe 4.0 x4 interface for data exchange, which provides high-speed performance.
The Seagate FireCuda 530 products are made using 176-layer 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips (Micron B47R) and a Phison PS5018-E18 controller. The family includes four models – with a capacity of 500 GB, as well as 1, 2, and 4 TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4 ×4.

The speed of sequential reading of information in the younger version reaches 7000 MB/s, in the other three – 7300 MB/s. Sequential write speeds are up to 3000MB/s for the 500GB model, up to 6000MB/s for the 1TB version, and up to 6900MB/s for the 2TB and 4 TB SSD versions.
IOPS (Input / Output Operations Per Second) ranges from 400K to 1M for random reads and 700K to 1M for random writes. The delivery package includes Rescue Data Recovery Services to help you defend against data loss or retrieval costs like water damage or natural disaster.

FireCuda 530 is currently listed on the Amazon.com, and new SSD price starts from $140, $240, $490, and $950 respectively for 500GB, 1TB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB NVMe M.2 PCIe Gen4 ×4.
Recently, Seagate has also made available the Cyberpunk 2077 Limited Edition M.2 NVMe SSD, which is particularly noticeable due to its extremely idiosyncratic design. The Seagate FireCuda 520 1TB Solid State Drive not only comes with a yellow heat sink with a Cyberpunk logo but also with RGB lighting, and is priced at $229.99.
