The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 2024 offers impressive specifications, including a fast OLED display with a refresh rate of up to 240Hz, the Intel Meteor Lake processor, and the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 4000 laptop GPUs.
In addition to the powerful hardware, the 2024 models of the G16 feature new aluminum cases that reduce weight and a noticeable LED strip on the back panels. Asus has also improved performance across the board with the Intel Meteor Lake processors.
Further enhancements include a new OLED display with a 240Hz refresh rate and a 2.5K resolution. The ROG Zephyrus G16 2024 boasts more powerful speakers and a keyboard with larger keycaps. It has an improved battery life thanks to AI optimizations.
Despite being slightly heavier than the ROG Zephyrus G14 2024 due to its larger display panel and housing, the 16-inch model still weighs just 1.85 kg. The increased size allows Asus to install the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU set at 115 W with Dynamic Boost.
Furthermore, it features a 240Hz OLED panel with a 2.5K resolution and a peak brightness of 500 nits. However, it no longer includes the AniMe Matrix display found on its predecessor’s display lids, opting for fewer LED lights arranged in a slash shape that can play simple animations.

The Asus ROG Zephyrus G16 2024 can now be purchased on Amazon.com, with prices starting from $2,399.99. It includes an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe SSD, and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070.
Asus has also unveiled the Zenbook 14 OLED 2024 ultrabook. It combines impressive performance with a 120 Hz OLED display and an incredibly lightweight housing. It boasts a battery runtime of up to 15 hours, thanks to the 75 Wh battery. Pricing for the model with Intel Core Ultra 7-155H, 32GB RAM, and 512GB SSD starts from $1,589.99.
