Lenovo is upgrading its popular and relatively inexpensive IdeaPad Gaming 3 with AMD processors, AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650. The new Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Gaming notebook comes with even stronger performance, the optional 120 Hz display and the fast SSD are retained.
With the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15.6, Lenovo has been offering a relatively inexpensive gaming notebook for a few months now, which in the future can also be ordered with an AMD Ryzen processor. The gaming laptop is available with an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H, with up to eight cores and clock frequencies of up to 4.2 GHz, you can expect decent processor performance.
As usual, the notebook is available with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU with 4 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory. There are also up to 32 GB DDR4-3200 RAM and a maximum of 1 TB PCIe SSD. The 15.6-inch display has a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels, a 120 Hz version is available at an additional cost.
Lenovo also promises a battery life of up to seven hours for this new Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Gaming model, and the keyboard has a blue backlight. The hardware should be largely identical to that of the Intel version.
