Gigabyte recently announced the G5 gaming laptop during CES 2024. The new Gigabyte G5 2024 model boasts impressive features including the GeForce RTX 4060, Intel Core i7-13620H processor, and a 15.6-inch FHD 144Hz display.
Additionally, Gigabyte introduced a series of mid-range gaming laptops at CES 2024, including the Aorus 16X 2024, Aorus 17X 2024, and the Gigabyte G5 2024. Inspired by Asus, Gigabyte opted to utilize the latest generation Intel Raptor Lake hardware for these models, while reserving the 14th gen HX and Meteor Lake for their premium offerings.
The G5 2024 is equipped with an Intel Core i7-13620H processor and offers GPU options limited to either the GeForce RTX 4060 or RTX 4050. G5 2024 also supports up to 32GB of DDR5 4800 RAM and a generous 2TB NVMe SSD for storage.
It features a standard 15.3-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) 144Hz display without a MUX switch. It includes a 56Wh cell and comes with a 150W power brick. Notably, it offers various connectivity options, including 2x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C ports, an HDMI port, a micro SD card reader, a mini DP port, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

Gigabyte G5 2024 gaming laptop is now available on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk, priced at $999 and £1,032.08, respectively.
