HP upgrades its ZBook 14u and ZBook 15u portable workstations, designed for professionals, who now have the latest Intel Core 8th generation processors.
Announced last year, in the variants with Intel Core 7th gen CPU, HP notebooks respectively offer 14 and 15.6-inch displays; on board can be installed optionally IPS FHD and 4K panels. Among other things, the Sure View display option to safeguard privacy in the workplace.
HP has again opted for Core i7 (U series) processors, paired with DDR4 RAM, high capacity storage (HDD / SSD) and AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 2GB GPU.
As for the design, there is no particular news; the company has maintained the same lines as the previous models, offering both an aluminum body. Worth noting that is the 14-inch variant, ZBook 14u, which now offers a lower thickness than the 2017 model: only 17.9 mm and a weight of 1.48 kg.
HP ZBook 14u and Zbook 15u should be available from the end of February, with base prices of $1099 and $1199 respectively. We are waiting for more details on its specifications and availability.
