Asus ROG Swift PG248Q 24-inch Monitor with 180Hz Refresh rate announced

The 24-inch ROG Swift Monitor features a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. It also claims to support 180Hz refresh rate that promises smooth and flawless gaming performance. The company claims that the monitor’s fast 1ms (milliseconds) Matrix relates TN type response time enhances gaming experience with seamlessly rendered fast-moving action and visual transitions without the effects of smearing or ghosting.

New Swift Monitor offers a 16:9 aspect ratio, and 170/160 wide viewing angle capability. It features a USB 3.0, DisplayPort 1.2, an HDMI port and a headphone jack connector. Asus ROG Swift PG248Q priced at $530 and will be available this month.

Apart from the ASUS ROG Monitor, the company had earlier launched the ZenBook Flip UX360CA 13.3-inch laptop with 360-degree rotatable display and powerful battery life up to 12 hours. Windows 10-powered 2-in-1 laptop comes with 6th generation Intel Core M processor and 8GB of RAM. It is crafted from solid aluminum, it has ultra thin 13.9mm design and weighing just 1.29 kg.
