Asus has launched new gaming laptop dubbed ROG Strix GL553VW has designed nearly identical to ROG STRIX GL502 Gaming Laptop line, but slightly thicker and low in configuration, as well as cheaper. The pricing and availability has not been disclosed yet. 
The design of the Asus ROG Strix GL553VW will not be much different from the ASUS ROG STRIX GL502, but slightly thicker body, similar material design like black brushed-aluminum finish, the rest gray plastic barrel and accents components such as orange LED strips, logo, WASD keys and speakers.
This new ASUS ROG STRIX Laptop features a 15.6-inch IPS LCD display with Full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and wide 178° viewing angles has a matte finish to eliminate glare and reflections. The keyboard comes with the classic ROG red backlighting and scissor-switch keys with 2.5mm travel distance for tactile, responsive keystrokes. The keyboard also features highlighted WASD keys, a larger space bar and isolated arrow keys. Anti-ghosting technology with 30-key rollover provides precise control and input during intense gaming sessions.
In addition, ROG-exclusive Cooling Overboost will allow users to customize fan speed depending on the CPU operating status. ROG Strix GL553VW will be inexpensive, so the configuration of the device is not new to the 6th generation Intel Core i7-6700HQ or i5-6300HQ processor and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M that is a mid range GPU, which oftenly used on mid-range gaming laptops and it gives quite good performance enough for us to play more games to set at average graphics.
