On 26 February, 400+ companies, 2,300+ exhibitors and 108,000+ visitors from over 208 countries will attend MWC2018, the world’s largest gathering for the mobile industry, in Barcelona, Spain.
But this year’s MWC is perhaps a little bit special because a Premier League football star – Harry Kane might bring sports spirit to the annual tech summit.
Harry Kane, one of the best strikers in the Premier League and top scorer in England’s top tier for the last two seasons, has lately led Tottenham Hotspur to beat Manchester United 2-0 in Wembley. The most recent sources show that Harry Kane might attend MWC2018 in Barcelona on 26 February.
This is a big news for European soccer fans because not long ago in November 2017, Tottenham Hotspur gained a complete victory over Real Madrid 3-1 in Spain with Harry Kane as Tottenham Hotspur’s vice-captain. The reason for Harry Kane to attend MWC2018 is LEAGOO, an eye-catching emerging smartphone brand in recent years. In Aug. 2017, LEAGOO established a 5-year official agreement with Tottenham Hotspur and became THFC’s global exclusive phone partner from 2017-2022.
To show support for its new partner, Tottenham Hotspur will “send top Spurs star in favor of LEAGOO”, said Mr. Fran Jones, the head of club partnerships. Recently, LEAGOO released a poster which shows the back figure of a “mysterious” Spurs star attending MWC2018, suggesting Harry Kane as the honored guest to wait for you at LEAGOO MWC 2018 booth.
According to Tottenham Hotspur, LEAGOO will hold a new product launch event at 11:00 am on 26 February in alliance with them. At that time, all attendees visiting LEAGOO booth (7J10) can interact with Spurs star and receive lucky gifts. If Harry Kane will really attend LEAGOO booth on MWC2018, will you come to see him?
