Suitable for close-up shots, the new 60mm f2.8 Macro lens from Pergear is a short telephoto prime lens for close-up photography and is a versatile solution for both general portrait and macro photography with Sony E, Nikon Z, MFT, and Fujifilm X cameras.
A maximum magnification of 2: 1 is combined with a minimum focusing distance of 19.1 cm to achieve sharpness and clarity throughout the entire focusing range. Novica’s optical system consists of 11 elements in 8 groups, including three high refractive index elements, which help control spherical aberration and reduce distortion for high sharpness.
The macro lens has a viewing angle of 22.6°, it features a manual focus design that benefits from distance and depth-of-field scales and a click-free aperture ring for smooth, silent rotation suitable for video shooting. In addition, the 10-blade diaphragm provides pleasing bokeh quality.
Although designed for use in APS-C formats, this lens can also be used with full-frame cameras, with slight vignetting when shooting at infinity.
The lens has 62 mm filter thread, an all-metal body measures 68mm x 118mm, and weighs only about 600g. The aircraft-grade aluminum lens mount is abrasion and corrosion-resistant.
