Updated on 24th June 2021:

The new Aorus FV43U monitor is now available with a huge discount of up to $100 only on the Newegg.com e-shop.

Original story:

With the Aorus FV43U, Gigabyte presents a new 43 inch monitor for gaming with impressive specifications include 4K resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, and 1 ms response time (MPRT).

Gigabyte Aorus FV43U

The Gigabyte Aorus FV43U measures 43.4 inches and has a 4K resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels. In addition, it also offers a high level of equipment that should meet the demands of discerning gamers.

The new 4k ultrawide monitor is equipped with a VA panel using quantum dot technology. This achieves a peak brightness of 1,000 cd / m² with the help of local backlight dimming. The UHD monitor also meets the VESA DisplayHDR1000 standard. The display covers 97 percent of the DCI-P3 color space and also supports 10-bit color depth. The viewing angle is 178 degrees in all directions.

More decisive for gamers is the high refresh rate of 144 Hz and the low response time (MPRT) of 1 ms with Adaptive Sync. Thus, gaming with 4K @ 120Hz should be supported on the next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. Various other connections can also be seen on one of the press photos, including two USB-A ports.

Price and availability

Gigabyte Aorus FV43U 4K ultrawide monitor is now available to buy on Amazon.com and Bhphotovideo.com websites for $1,049.99.
