MSI has expanded its range of monitors with the announcement of the Optix G274RW. The 170Hz gaming monitor is aimed at users who are fond of games.
The new MSI’s 27 inch gaming monitor has a 27-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, which corresponds to the Full HD format. Viewing angles horizontally and vertically reach 178 degrees.
The panel has a refresh rate of 170Hz and an MPRT response time of 1ms. Brightness is 250 cd/m2 , contrast ratio is 1000:1, and Dynamic contrast ratio is 100,000,000:1.
The 170Hz monitor has 135% coverage of the sRGB color space and 92% coverage of the DCI-P3 space. We are talking about compatibility with G-Sync technology, which helps to get rid of frame breaks and improve image smoothness.
There are DisplayPort 1.2a, HDMI 2.0 (×2) interfaces, and a standard audio jack. The stand makes it possible to adjust the angles of inclination and rotation of the display, as well as the height concerning the table surface.
