Zalman has announced the availability of the new CNPS 16X computer cooling fan with 4D patented corrugated Fin design. The new CPU fan is built according to the classical scheme when the block of aluminum plates is connected to the heat-removing base by U-shaped heat pipes.
In the middle part, copper-nickel tubes with a diameter of 6 mm are in contact with the processor cover. A pair of 120 mm CPU cooling fans is mounted on a radiator with wave-shaped plates. The cooling fans rotation speed is regulated by PWM, reaching 1500 rpm. Productivity varies in the range of 75-90 m³/h, and the noise level in the range of 25-29 dBA. CPU cooler fans and a cover are decorated with illumination.
According to the manufacturer, the Zalman CNPS 16X computer cooling fan is designed for processors with a TDP of 150 watts. It is suitable for modern desktop models, compatible with AM3 AM4 and Intel 115X, 2066, 2011 V3, 2011.
The price of the CPU cooling fan is $69.49 and it can be purchased through the Amazon.com store.
As for thermal greases, they are designated STC-7, STC-8, and STC-9. The basis is silicone oil, in which particles of aluminum, aluminum oxide, and zinc oxide are added. STC-7 provides a thermal conductivity of 7.2 W / mK and costs EUR 6.90 per syringe with 4g of paste. The thermal conductivity of the STC-8 is 8.3 W / mK. This paste comes in 1.5 g syringes worth EUR 4.9. Finally, for STC-9, the thermal conductivity of 9.1 W / mK is declared, and a syringe with 4 g of this paste costs EUR 9.90.
