Along with the Redmi Note 5, and Redmi S2, Xiaomi UK also launched the Redmi 6 smartphone in UK. It is a successor of Redmi 5 Xiaomi phones that were launched earlier this year and comes with a 5.45-inch 18:9 display, 3GB RAM, Dual rear camera and rear fingerprint sensor.

The Xiaomi Redmi 6 price in UK has been set at £149.00 for the 3GB RAM with 32GB storage version. It is already available from Amazon.co.uk in Grey, Blue, Gold, and Black color options.

The Xiaomi Redmi 6 features a 5.45-inch 2.5D curved glass display with HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) resolution, 18:9 aspect ratio, and 1000:1 contrast ratio. It is powered by a 2GHz quad-core processor which supported by MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) 12nm Mobile Platform with 650MHz IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It comes with 3GB RAM with 32GB of storage, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the camera front, the Redmi 6 bears a dual rear camera setup: a 12-megapixel rear camera with 1.25μm pixel size, PDAF, f/2.2 aperture, EIS, LED flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera for AI portrait shots.
