Vivo V3 and V3 Max with 4G LTE, 13MP rear and 8MP front Camera Launched

Vivo, today on Thursday has launched two new smartphones in India – the Vivo V3 and V3 Max, priced at Rs. 17,980 – approximately $270 USD and Rs. 23,980 – approximately $360 USD, respectively. Both the smartphone will be available from mid-April on various offline and online store with company’s 10,000 plus retailers all over the country, which are present in 400 cities in 22 states in India.Vivo V3

Vivo V3 Specifications:

New Vivo V3 features 5.0-inch IPS LCD display alongside HD 720 x 1280 pixel resolution that can convey a pixel density of 294ppi. The handset is powered by the 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 SoC clocked at 1.5 GHz octa-core CPU. It packs in Adreno 405 GPU along with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.Vivo V3 Max

The Vivo V3 flaunts a 13-megapixel autofocus primary rear camera with PDAF for fast focusing speed and LED flash. There is an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfie and video calling. Vivo smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor that can unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds or in 0.5 seconds in sleep mode.

The V3 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS with company’s own Funtouch OS 2.5 and packs a 2550mAh battery out of the box. On the connectivity front, includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack options.

The Vivo V3 Max features a larger 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) 2.5D Curved display with Corning Gorilla glass protection. Under the hood, the V3 Max is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor, Adreno 510 GPU, and is coupled with 4GB of RAM. It packs in 32GB of native storage which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.

It runs Funtouch OS 2.5 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, and is backed by a 3000mAh battery that sports Quick Charge 2.0 along with dual fast charging engine. It comes with dual-SIM and sports 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, and Micro-USB as connectivity options.
