Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and 700 Gen 2 Wireless Gaming Headsets for PS5 and Xbox Series X

Turtle Beach has updated two of its most popular wireless gaming headsets, the prices start as usual at $99.95, but the workmanship, design, and technology have been revised. The new Turtle Beach wireless headset models for the Xbox One and Xbox Series X as well as for the PlayStation 5.

Turtle Beach in addition to making a few changes to the design and a revised microphone that is practically invisible on the case when folded up, the Micro USB port has also been swapped for a modern USB-C port, which the Battery is charged, which lasts 15 hours for the Stealth 600 Gen 2 and 20 hours for the Stealth 700 Gen 2. Both wireless gaming headsets are available as PlayStation and Xbox versions as usual.

The former comes with a USB receiver that is compatible with the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, the latter can be connected directly to the Xbox One or Xbox Series X without an adapter, but a separately available USB adapter is required for the PC. The new features include the newly arranged buttons, which are now arranged around the left ear pad and which allow the sound and chat volume to be controlled separately and the mode to be changed.

The Stealth 700 Gen 2 uses a metal-reinforced headband to make the headset even more robust. Both wireless gaming headsets use 50 mm neodymium drivers, the more expensive model can also be easily connected to a smartphone thanks to integrated Bluetooth, and the sound can be adjusted using the associated app.

Price and availability

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 for the PlayStation will be delivered from August 16, via Amazon.com and the version for the Xbox will follow on September 20 via Amazon.com. Both Turtle Beach wireless headset models are available in Black and White at a recommended retail price of $99.95.
