As the name suggests, these are TWS earphones are specifically aimed at athletes. Thanks to a selection of ear adapters in three sizes and four different ear fins, the new earplugs can be individually adjusted to withstand any workout with their ergonomic design and stay securely in place. In addition, they are protected against dust, splash water and sweat according to the IP54 protection class.
In terms of sound, the new Sennheiser Sport True Wireless should impress with their Sennheiser TrueResponse transducer. It was developed in Germany and features dynamic 7mm drivers to deliver powerful bass and clear highs without distortion, according to the manufacturer.
In addition, thanks to the Adaptable Acoustic function, athletes have full control over whether the environment should be perceived or hidden. This is made possible by the choice between open and closed ear adapters and the appropriate EQ settings via the Sennheiser Smart Control app. With the open adapters and the Aware EQ settings, structure-borne noise is reduced so that external noise can be better perceived. With the closed ear adapters and the Focus EQ settings, on the other hand, they offer a certain masking of the surroundings.
Another function of the Sennheiser Smart Control App is the Sound Check. With these, individual presettings can be made. The Sennheiser totally wireless earbuds are rounded off, among other things, by touch controls for playback or voice assistants. Compatibility with Bluetooth 5.2 and support for audio codecs such as SBC, AAC and aptX are given. The battery life is up to 9 hours and another 18 hours in combination with the transport box.
