Samsung has introduced two new Over-Ear Headphones, including the Samsung AKG Y600 NC Active Noise Cancelling headphones, and the AKG Y400.
The AKG Y600 NC wireless Noise Cancelling headphones last up to 25 hours with active noise canceling and offer up to 4 hours of use after a 10-minute charge. A full charge takes 2 hours with a USB-C connector.
The new noise reduction headphones also have several operating modes, for example, you can listen to music and at the same time hear what is happening around. The music automatically pauses when you remove the headphones and resumes when you put them back on.
The AKG Y600 NC is equipped with 40mm driver speakers and reproduces sound in the frequency range from 10 Hz to 24 thousand Hz. The headphone weighs 322 grams only, and it can be purchased through the Amazon.co.uk online store for £199 and comes in Black, Silver, and Gold colors.
The compact Samsung AKG Y400 Over-Ear Headphones weighs 170 grams and can work up to 20 hours without recharging. They also have an auto pause and play function. AKG Y400 received 36 mm driver speakers and can reproduce sound in the frequency range from 2402 − 2480MHz.
These Samsung AKG Headphones do not feature Noise Cancelling, but your music will automatically pause when the headphones are taken off, and resume playing when placed back over your ears. It also has a fast-charging capability so if you’re running low then a quick 10-minute charge is all it takes to provide 4 hours of listening.
The AKG Y400 features Ambient Aware mode to decide how much of your surroundings to let in or out, and TalkThru mode drops music down and turns on speech optimized mics so you can easily talk with your friends without removing your headphones.
It can also be purchased through the Amazon.co.uk online store for £109 and comes in Black, Blue, Green, and Pink colors.
