Razer may have plans to make a big debut in the smartphone segment. The Razer Android phone will be officially presented on November 1, and now the device comes back in the spotlight with its first alleged image.
The Razer phone image showing us the rear of the device with dual rear camera setup, slightly protruding and a single LED flash next to him. Below you can find the Razer logo, the body of the device looks quite square, while the finishing is apparently dull.
Original Story
Razer will hold a press event on November 1, and as we believed, it will be launched a new Android smartphone designed for gamers – and no wonder that the company has made products designed for that target users its core business.
Waiting to know the official technical features, the terminal seems to have peeked into the database via the well-known GFXBench benchmark, which confirms part of the hardware profile.
Razer Gaming Smartphone will be equipped with a 5.7-inch display with (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC with Adreno 540 GPU and 8GB of RAM (7.5GB GFXBench Value), combined with 64GB of internal storage.
On the front, there is a 12-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for a selfie. The operating system is Android 7.1.1 Nougat, but the benchmark specifically refers to Android Razer Edition, suggesting a software customization introduced by the manufacturer, likely to focus on gaming.
Razer phone release date not yet confirmed, but it sufficiently indicates that the device will be released in November this year.
