Introducing the Optoma ZW350e, a brand new laser projector that has made its way to the B&H photo store. This compact DLP projector measures just 274 x 114 x 216 mm (W x H x D) and weighs a mere 3 kg. With a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels (WXGA) and a maximum brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens, it promises to deliver exceptional image quality.
The ZW350e is Optoma’s most compact laser projector in the WXGA category. It is an impressive 34% smaller than any other projector in Optoma’s range, making it incredibly versatile and suitable for installation in any space. What’s more, it consumes up to 47% less power compared to a typical Optoma lamp-based projector.
Utilizing laser technology, this projector maintains brightness and color saturation for extended periods, ensuring superior image quality and a longer product life without the need for frequent lamp replacements. It also comes equipped with a built-in speaker and RS232 port, providing ultimate control and monitoring capabilities. As a result, it is ideal for various settings such as conference rooms, medium-sized showrooms, events, and trade shows.
The ZW350e’s impressive specifications don’t end there. The data sheet reveals a 10-bit color depth, a remarkable contrast ratio of 300,000:1, and the ability to project images ranging from 20 to 300 inches from a distance of 1 to 10 meters onto a screen or wall. The light source of this projector boasts an estimated service life of 30,000 hours, and it even features vertical keystone correction for added convenience.
When it comes to connectivity, the ZW350e offers a range of options, including HDMI 1.4a, RS232, USB-A, and a 3.5 mm audio output jack. It also includes 3D support, IP6X protection, and remote control. For wireless content sharing and display, you have the option to enhance the projector with the UHDCast Pro, a USB solution available separately.
Designed for continuous operation, the Optoma ZW350e comes with a three-year warranty and operates at a volume of 31 dB (Eco) or 34 dB (max.). It even features an internal 15-watt speaker and has a power rating of 88 to 139 watts.
