Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G and Canvas Fire 4G with Android 5.1 OS Launched

Micromax has introduced two new Canvas series smartphones – the Canvas Blaze 4G and Canvas Fire 4G which are now listed on the very popular Indian Flipkart store with a price tag of Rs. 6,894 and Rs. 7,100 respectively.

The Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G features a 4.5-inch IPS display with the FWVGA resolution of 480×854 pixels. The device is energized by 1.1GHz quad-core processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) SoC.

It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage that is further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. It also sports a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash with 720p video recording and a 2-megapixel fixed focus front-facing camera to capture selfies.

The Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G supports dual-SIM support and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
The device supports 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, GPS and Micro-USB 2.0 connectivity options. It packs a 2000mAh battery which can deliver talk time up to 6 hours and standby time up to 220 hours.

Meanwhile, the Micromax Canvas Fire 4G features a 4.5-inch IPS display and resolution of 480×854 pixels. The device is powered by a 1.0GHz quad-core processor, MediaTek MTK6735 SOC and coupled with 2GB of RAM. It comes with an 8GB of expandable storage.

The dual-SIM based Canvas Fire 4G runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. Also has a 5-megapixel rear and a 2-megapixel front snapper. On the connectivity front, includes 4G LTE, 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0 and 1850mAh battery.
