After leaked last week, Huawei Y9 (2018) has been officially launched in Thailand. It is one of the latest mid-range smartphones which has quite similar specs as the Honor 9i and Huawei Mate 10 Lite such as 18:9 FullView Display, Four camera sensors, and a rear Fingerprint sensor. The handset is available in Black, Blue, and Gold color variants and has been priced at EUR 200 – approximately $246, while the availability details are yet to be revealed.

The Huawei Y9 (2018) features a 5.93-inch FullView Display with 18:9 aspect ratio and FHD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution. It is powered by a 2.3 GHz octa-core processor which supported by a Kirin 659 chipset along with 3GB of RAM. It packs a 32GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 256GB.
The Y9 (2018) flaunts a dual camera setup on the front and back. The back camera setup includes a 13-megapixel primary image sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor – accompanied with an LED flash, while the front panel has a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The handset also has a rear fingerprint sensor.
The handset runs on Android 8.0 Oreo-based on Huawei EMUI 8 out of the box. It packs a 4000mAh battery and supports dual SIM slot with dual standby. For connectivity includes 4G VOLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth, micro USB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options. It is 7.9mm thick and weighs 170 grams.
