Blu launched the Studio J1 Entry-Level smartphone in USA. The Blu Studio J1 sports a 5-megapixel rear camera, its highlight feature, apart from a 5-megapixel front camera with selfie flash. It was launched alongside the Studio J2 early this week and now available to buy via Amazon store where the Blu Studio J1 price is set to just $49.95.
Blu Studio J1 Specifications
The dual-SIM smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and sports a 4-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) display that can translate a pixel density of 233ppi. It is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MTK 6570 SoC coupled with Mali-400 GPU and 512MB of RAM. The Blu Studio J1 comes with an inbuilt storage of 8GB, which is expandable via microSD card up to 64GB.
In terms of optics, the smartphone comes with a 5.0-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera also paired with front LED flash to capture bright and stunning selfies. It is available in Blue, Black, and White color options.
It measures 121.5 x 62.5 x 10.3 mm and weighs 135 grams. The Studio J1 packs a 1350mAh battery, and the back panel of the device has a special matte and polished finished effect that gives you a perfect grip. In terms of connectivity, the smartphone provides options like 3G connectivity, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.1, FM Radio, USB 2.0, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
The company launched Blu Studio J2 smartphone early this week in UK and it can be pre-ordered on Amazon with a price tag of £43.89.
It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out-of-the-box, 5MP rear autofocus camera and a 2MP front camera with front LED flash. It sports a 5.0-inch display and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6580 processor coupled with Mali-400 GPU and 512GB of RAM.
