Asus ZenFone 6 received Update with June patch and ARCore Support

Asus ZenFone 6 is updated to version 16.1210.1906.156 which brings several new features, both in terms of security and the features made available to the user. The model called ZS630KL receives the June 2019 security patches and, above all, obtains the support of ARCore, Google’s platform for the development of augmented reality content.

Following the complete changelog that includes, as always, several improvements to the stability of the system.

  • Camera; Improved Photo Image Quality on Noice Reduction
  • Camera; Improved Camera Flipping Stability
  • Updated Security Patch to June, 2019
  • Updated Translation Strings in Settings

The update is available in OTA mode and will be received by all compatible smartphones over the next few days. It is always possible to verify its presence manually by accessing the Settings menu.

Asus ZenFone 6 has also been listed on Bhphotovideo.com online store with a “Notify when available”, pricing starts from $499.99 for the 6GB RAM with 64GB storage version, and the model with 128GB storage costs $549.99.
