Asus has announced its latest gaming monitor quietly, although the ROG Swift PG329Q offers quite interesting technology. The company relies on a 175 Hz fast IPS display with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels and a response time of one millisecond (GtG), both Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync are supported to avoid tearing. Asus ELMB-Sync (Extreme Low Motion Blur-Sync) is also supported, which can reduce motion blur.

The IPS panel can display 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color space or even 160 percent of the sRGB color space. Thanks to the backlight, which offers a maximum brightness of 600 nits, the Asus monitor meets the requirements for VESA DisplayHDR 600. As is usual with Asus’ gaming products, the ROG Swift PG329Q also uses the aggressive ROG design, including an Aura Sync RGB lighting on the back.
