US retailers have started carrying the PN63-S1, ASUS’ 0.9-liter mini desktop computer. Asus PN63-S1 price starts at $329 with a Core i3-1115G4 processor and jumps to $619 for the more powerful Core i7-11370H. All prices are for mini PCs with no storage or RAM.
Asus started selling the PN63-S1, a small PC it unveiled in March. To recap, Asus unveiled the PN63-S1 with a choice of five processors, the Core i3-1115G4, Core i5-1135G7, Core i7-1165G7, Core i5-11300H, and the Core i7-11370H. Although not all processor options are yet orderable, the Core i3-1115G4, Core i5-11300H, and Core i7-11370H are.
Specifically, Bhphotovideo.com listed the Core i3-1115G4 edition as a bare-metal system for $329. For some reason, B&H is allowing people to pre-order the PN63-S1 but not giving a fixed release date. Similarly, the retailer is selling Core i5-11300H and Core i7-11370H mini desktop PC systems for $459 and $619 respectively, also with no release date.
It is also the case with Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk which correspond to B&H prices. It, therefore, seems that these are prices communicated by Asus and not provisional prices. Anyway, all three retailers have opened pre-orders for the PN63-S1. For reference, the 120 x 130 x 58mm mini desktop computer has the following I/O and a 0.9-liter chassis.
For connectivity, Asus mini PCs includes 1x Ethernet 2.5Gbps, 1x HDMI 1.4, 1x Mini DisplayPort 1.2, 1x Configurable COM/DisplayPort 1.4/VGA, 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 3x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, 1x 3.5mm audio, and 1x SD card reader.
Last year, MSI introduced the compact gaming desktop computer Creator P50. It is a new gaming PC that should also impress with its elegant design and available with a dedicated graphics solution.
