Acer unveiled the Nitro XV275K P3 during the CES 2023 trade fair in early January. It’s important not to confuse this with the already existing Nitro XV275K. The Acer Nitro XV275K P3 is a 27-inch gaming monitor boasting 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels), a maximum refresh rate of 160 Hz, and an impressive 576 mini-LED zone.
This gaming monitor employs an IPS panel featuring quantum dot technology, boasting DisplayHDR 1000 certification and encompassing 99 percent of the Adobe RGB color space. Additionally, it promises a 10-bit color depth, rapid 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, and a Delta-E value of less than 2.
To combat tearing, both FreeSync Premium and G-Sync-compatible Adaptive Sync technologies are incorporated. Given the presence of DisplayHDR 1000, FreeSync Premium Pro would be the more fitting choice, as it enables HDR activation in games while eliminating tearing simultaneously.
On the connectivity front, users can rely on two HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4 (with DSC), a USB 3.0 hub, a headphone output, and a USB-C port with DisplayPort alternate mode, featuring a robust 90-watt power supply. In terms of ergonomics, it offers a range of adjustment options, including pivot, and includes provisions for a VESA mount (75 x 75 mm).
