Xiaomi’s dual camera smartphone is making headlines every day, with leaks pouring in full force. Now, a fresh teaser from Xiaomi brings more design details of what is expected to be called the Xiaomi Mi 5X, ahead of its July 26 launch in China.

After being leaked in images and posters recently as we can see below, Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone has now popped up on Chinese online store even ahead of their official launch. The Mi 5X is currently available for registrations in China and three new images of the device now also been revealed.

New Xiaomi Mi 5X smartphone with alleged MIUI 9 based on Android 7.0 Nougat will be announced on July 26th, 2017 at an event in China.
New Xiaomi Mi 5X image shows us the Actor Kris Wu holding the phone that has dual rear camera setup paired with dual-tone LED flash and a fingerprint sensor below it.
New leaked images are to be believed then the company is already working on the Xiaomi 5X. The alleged smartphone has been spotted in a leaked poster. New leak also provides us some of the Xiaomi 5X specifications and it is expected to come in two variants.
The low-resolution image of the alleged Xiaomi 5X shows the rear panel with dual camera design. There’s a dual-tone LED flash located next to the camera sensor alongside the power and volume buttons on the right edge of the device. One of the biggest highlights of the alleged 5X is said to be the dual-rear camera setup.
Some of the rumored specifications of the 5X include 5.5-inch full HD display, Snapdragon 625 SoC with 4GB of RAM and Snapdragon 660 with 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage.
The device is expected to run MIUI 9 based on Android 7.1.1 Nougat and is said to include 12-megapixel dual-rear cameras alongside a 16-megapixel front camera. The handset is rumored to come with a front-mounted fingerprint reader and the Xiaomi 5X price is expected to be fall around CNY 1,999 – approximately $294 for the base variant.
