Sony has started the roll out of a new update for its three devices: Xperia XZ, XZs and Xperia X Performance. Thanks to this new update, already distributed via OTA, the Japanese company has introduced several innovations, including the latest security patches of February and a fix for the Meltdown & Specter vulnerabilities.
The update brings Sony smartphones from build 41.3.A.2.58 to 41.3.A.2.75. All three smartphones, we remind you, are based on the Android 8.0 Oreo was received last November.
As for the quick specifications, Sony Xperia XZ is equipped with a 5.2-inch display with FHD resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage expandable via micro SD.
Similar features of Xperia XZs, in fact, it has a 5.2-inch panel with FHD resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal expandable storage. While the Xperia X Performance is equipped with a 5.0-inch display, Snapdragon 820 SoC, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal expandable storage.
All three smartphones will receive the update to the February patches gradually and over the next few weeks.
