Sony Xperia X Price in USA Cut by $100, Now Available at $449

Sony has slashed the price of its flagship smartphone the Sony Xperia X in USA by $100. The smartphone is now available at $449 its launch price of $549. The Sony Xperia X is available for purchase with new price tag via Amazon.com and BHPhoto store in all four color variants including White, Rose Gold, Lime Gold and Graphite Black. 

Regarding Specs, the special feature is Sony Xperia X Camera, the handset flaunts a 23-megapixel primary camera with 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS image sensor, Predictive Hybrid AF speed of 0.03 second, f/2.0 aperture and Pulse LED flash. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos at 30fps. While there is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with 1/3″ Exmor R sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 22mm wide-angle lens for wide group selfies and video calling. Front camera can also able to record Full HD 1080p videos. The handset supports Sony DSEE HX audio technology along with LDAC codec for high quality sound performance and is also comes with Digital Noise Cancelling feature.

The Sony X Phone features a 5.0-inch Triluminos display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution with X-Reality and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 (MSM8996) 64-bit processor (Quad 1.6 GHz + Quad 2.2 GHz) paired with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and comes with 64GB of native storage which can also be expanded up to 200GB with the help of microSD card.

This Xperia X unlocked model runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS and packs in a 2900mAh battery that comes with a special STAMINA mode and also supports Qnovo’s Adaptive Charging technology.

For connectivity, includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band) MIMO, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, MHL 3.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio with RDS. It is 7.9 mm thick and weighs 153 grams.

A few days ago Sony has announced Xperia XZ and Xperia X Compact smartphones at IFA 2016. The Sony Xperia XZ will be available in September, while the Sony Xperia X Compact it will go on sale from October 23. The company isn’t providing more details on pricing, but will may around Sony Xperia X Price.
