Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) with Smart Glow LED Leaked in Images

The budget successor to the popular Samsung Galaxy J2, now tipped to be called the Galaxy J2 (2016), has been leaked in images online. While in the previous leaks we have seen the Smart Glow LED ring on the back panel, the new leaked image shows the handset in Gold color. 
The Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) smartphone in Gold color will come with a Smart Glow LED ring on the back which uses as a notification indicator such as call, SMS, e-mail, battery status and will work as a guide when taking selfies with the rear camera by turning blue when the user’s face is in the field of view. The smartphone sports a camera at the center with a LED flash and a speaker on either sides.

The design of the Samsung Galaxy J2 2016 featuring a physical home button, along with a multi-window, and a back button on either side. Speaking on full Specification of J2 2016 mobile set, as per the recent rumors, the device will feature a 5.0-inch display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution as compared to the 4.5-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) resolution.

In addition, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy 2016 J2 will pack a 1.5 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC8830 processor with Mali-400MP2 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It is said to sport 16GB of built-in storage which can be further expanded via microSD card up to 32GB. It will bears an 8-megapixel auto focus primary camera on the back with LED Flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and will come with dual-SIM support as well.

A worth noticeable upgrade from the previous model was powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage, a 5-megapixels rear and a 2-megapixels front camera and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.

For connectivity, Galaxy J2 (2016) includes 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio options. The handset is expected to be launched in India soon.
