PUBG Mobile was also honored as the best game of the year on Google Play, but its direct rival, Fortnite on Mobile, did not have ratings to rank because it was not distributed through the app marketplace. Bloomberg released data on November 26, PUBG Mobile has hit 200 million registered accounts. This means that the actual numbers will be higher because nearly a month has passed, the number of newcomers to the game will surely increase because of free games, easy to play, not like PUBG on PC and console.

PUBG Mobile also received the 0.10.0 update that added support for the Vikendi snow map with a download size of 134.2MB on Android and iOS, which is now available to download. The PUBG Mobile Vikend snow map starts time is 5:30 am IST on December 21.

Along with the new snow map, the PUBG Mobile 0.10.0 update brings some interesting features such as the Firearms Finish Upgrade System. This lets players upgrade weapon finishes to get new kill effects, broadcasts, and death crate appearances.

With the PUBG Mobile 0.10.0 update comes a reporting system allowing players to report suspicious behavior while spectating a match on death. Cross-server matchmaking has been added too. When enabled players have a chance to be matched with those of the same tier on other servers.

PUBG Mobile also fixed a bug where the ‘Ultra’ frame rate setting in HD mode was not available on iPad 2018. Also fixed a resolution detection bug on iPad Pro 12.9″ as well as where some devices had reduced graphics quality. Also fixed a bug where the graphics quality is reset to default after a game restart. PUBG Mobile also fixed an audio issue where the sound from left channel is louder than the right channel when another player is running towards you from the right side.
