Logitech announced very important steps forward in the field of wireless gaming with its Logitech G POWERPLAY, which consists a mousepad with wireless charging support, and two mice including Logitech G903 and G703. And the Logitech G LIGHTSPEED technology, an end-to-end system optimization built on decades of wireless development experience that provides unrivaled connectivity and power performance.
Logitech G LIGHTSPEED delivers competition-level responsiveness at speeds faster than many competitive wired gaming mice. It has wireless signal strength up to 16x (12dB) and Frequency Agility Mechanism that automatically avoids problematic interference, ensuring smooth and consistent performance.
Both Logitech G903 and G703 mice are technically very similar, come equipped with the PMW3366 optical sensor, one of the most popular and widespread in the world of a high-end mouse. The differences are in design and setting: G903 features a configurable button layout and an ambidextrous design that allows for left- or right-handed use and works with nearly any mouse grip style, including palm, claw and fingertip grips. However, Logitech G703 features an ergonomic design, rubber grips on the left and right sides offer added control.
Both mice have already appeared on the Logitech G website. You can pre-order Logitech G903 at a price of $149.99, while the Logitech G703 is slightly affordable at $99.99.
The POWERPLAY Wireless Charging System was designed from the ground up to deliver uninterrupted charging over its mousing surface – even while the mouse is in play. It is priced at $99.99 and will be available in August 2017.
