LG G6 Plus UK Pricing, Specifications and Availability

LG launched its G6+ smartphone and a 32GB variant of LG G6 earlier this month. While the company didn’t announce the pricing and availability of the smartphones at the time, but it has made it available for purchase in USA recently and now in UK as well. The LG G6 Plus UK unlocked version has been priced at the Amazon store at £600 for the model number H870DSU and will be available in Optical Marine Blue, and Optical Terra Gold color options.

To recall, the new LG G6 Plus UK variant comes with 128GB built-in storage and LG launched three different versions of G6 in different markets, some with wireless charging support and others without, the LG G6 Plus 128GB storage model comes with all of those features into a single package.

In addition to 128GB inbuilt storage, LG G6 Plus also comes packed with wireless charging support as well as high-fidelity quad-DAC feature in all markets. While the specifications have been kept nearly the same, the company has introduced new colors with the freshly released model.

In terms of features, LG G6 Plus comes with a 5.7-inch (1440×2880 pixels) QHD+ FullVision display with a taller-than-usual aspect ratio of 18:9. The smartphone is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 821 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. In terms of optics, the smartphone comes with a 13-megapixel primary rear camera and a 5-megapixel at front.

The company is also releasing new features for its flagship via a software update. The new features include Face Print, Low Power Consumption, and Covered Lens warning, which will be rolled out to the existing LG G6 units via software update. The All-Ways Aware hub uses Google’s Contextual Hub Runtime Environment (CHRE) to sense and collect data at all times from both sensors and wireless connections, the company claims, to improve the user experience with third-party applications.
