Huawei Honor Note 8 has been officially launched in China, it is one of the high-end device with 6.0-inch 6.6-inch 2K display from the Huawei being launched today. The Honor Note 8 price in China is CNY 2299 – approximately $346 USD for 32GB storage, CNY 2499 – approximately $376 USD for 64GB storage, and 128GB storage variant has been priced at CNY 2799 – approximately $421 USD. The handset is now up for pre-order from today and it will go on sale from August 9th in China. 
The Huawei Honor Note 8 features a 6.0-inch 6.6-inch Super AMLED display with 2K (2560 x 1440 pixels) resolution that can translate a pixel density of 443ppi. The screen has 2.5D Glass layer on top, 105% NTSC color gamut and contrast ratio of 70000:1. The device has a Sand blasting technology design and its housing made of durable aluminum alloy is available in Gold, Silver, and Gray color options.
The handset is powered by a Kirin 955 (16nm FinFET Plus) processor clocked at 2.5GHz quad-core + 1.8GHz quad-core CPU clubbed with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. It packs a 4GB LPDDR4 of RAM and 32GB/64GB, and 128GB of inbuilt storage which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB. 
The Honor Note 8 flaunts a 13-megapixel primary autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture, optical image stabilization (OIS), and dual LED flash. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and wide-angle lens to capture wide group selfies and quality video calling. The device also comes equipped with a fingerprint sensor to unlock the device quickly located on back panel.
The handset runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based on Huawei EMUI 4.1 out of the box. It packs a massive 4500mAh battery with power saving technology that is claimed to deliver regular usage time of up to 38 hours, average usage of 58 hours and video playback time up to 13 hours. The handset also packs in an independent SmartPA audio chip with DTS sound technology which can deliver a 1.5 times louder sound when compared to regular. 
It supports dual SIM slot with dual standby, For connectivity includes 4G VoLTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1, microUSB 2.0 and 3.5 mm audio jack options.
