Blu Studio Selfie LTE With 4G Support, 5MP Front Camera Launched

Soon after launching the Studio G2 HD and Studio J5, Blu has launched its latest Studio-series smartphone, the Studio Selfie LTE variant. The company has listed the handset on the Blu Cell Phone Website without any pricing and availability details, but we all know that it will be soon available for purchase on Amazon. The Blu Studio Selfie LTE will be available in White and Black color options.

The biggest highlight of the Blu Studio Selfie LTE smartphone is its 5-megapixel front fixed-focus camera with LED flash. The handset also sports a 5-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash. Apart from the camera, the Studio Selfie LTE as its name suggests also supports 4G LTE.

The Blu Studio Selfie LTE features a 5.0-inch IPS LCD display with FWVGA (480 x 854 pixels) resolution that can deliver a pixel density of 196ppi. It is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset with Adreno 304 GPU. The device packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 64GB with the help of microSD card slot.

On the camera front, as mentioned above the Studio Selfie LTE has a 5-megapixel autofocus primary camera with LED flash and can shoot HD 720p video at 30fps. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with front LED flash to capture bright selfies and high quality video chatting in low light-environment.

The handset still runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop similar to its previous blu studio selfie smartphone 3G model. It packs a 2000mAh battery and measures 142.76 x 72.9 x 8.75 mm. It has a dual SIM card slot on board along with 4G LTE connectivity, apart from 4G includes 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, USB OTG, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio connectivity options.

Last week, Blu phone launched two entry-level Android Marshmallow smartphones in the country, the Advance 4.0 L3, and the Dash L3. The US handset maker earlier this year had also unveiled two new Grand series smartphones, including Grand Energy and Grand Max. Both the smartphones went on sale exclusively via Amazon.
