Alcatel Pop 4, Pop 4 Plus and Pop Plus with Andoird Marshmallow Officially Launched at MWC 2016

After the Alcatel Idol 4 and Idol 4s, Alcatel continues to introduce three more products in the mid-range segment includes Alcatel Pop 4, Pop 4 Plus and Pop Plus. All 3 Alcatel smartphones focused on style and fashion elements, using plastic housing and have a lot of color options to choose. All devices feature 4G LTE connectivity support, with front LED flashlights and pre-installed Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The company is yet to announce price and availability of devices.

Alcatel Pop 4 Specifications:

The Pop 4 is a budget entry-level smartphone when compared to all three devices. It features a 5.0-inch IPS display with HD 720 x 1280 pixels resolution that can offer a pixel density of 294ppi. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor that’s fueled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 chipset coupled with Adreno 304 GPU. It packs 1GB of RAM, 8GB of native storage and can be further expanded up to 32GB with the help of microSD card.

The handset features an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for amazing selfie and video calling. The device backed by a 2500mAh battery and also supports dual SIM 4G LTE with Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and a microUSB 2.0 as connectivity options.

Alcatel Pop 4 Plus Specifications:

The Pop 4 Plus sports a slightly larger 5.5-inch IPS display with HD 720p resolution that can offer a pixel density of 267ppi. The smartphone includes a same 1.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 212 clubbed with 1.5GB RAM and a 16GB inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card up to 32GB. Rest of the specifications remain the same as the above mentioned Pop 4.

Alcatel Pop 4s Specifications:

The high-end among all three devices is the Pop 4s, houses a 5.5-inch IPS display with full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution with a pixel density of 401ppi. It is backed by a 2.0 GHz octa-core processor which fueled by MediaTek MT6755M Helio P10 64-bit SoC and 2GB of RAM. The smartphone features 16GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via a microSD card up to 64GB.

It flaunts a 13-megapixel rear camera with PDAF EIS, and LED flash. There is also a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash to click bright selfie and quality video chatting. It is backed by a 2960mAh battery and supports fingerprint sensor integrated into the home button.

All three Alcatel smartphones support dual SIM with 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, A-GPS and microUSB 2.0 as connectivity options.
