After launching in Europe back in January this year, the Xiaomi Redmi Go as the first Android Go smartphone of the Redmi series has been officially launched in India. It is a budget handset comes with a 5-inch HD screen, Snapdragon 425 SoC, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear, 5MP front camera, 4G LTE with dedicated SIM slots and a 3000mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Redmi Go price in India has been set at Rs. 4,499 for the sole 1GB RAM model and will go on sale starting March 22nd on Flipkart online store. The handset comes in Black and Blue color options.
