Xiaomi Mi Max Prime with 4G RAM, Snapdragon 652, 128GB Storage Announced

Xiaomi Mi Max Prime has been quietly introduced in India, it is high-end smartphone device from the Xiaomi India in the Mi series, and it is said to be an another variant of the Xiaomi Mi Max was launched back in June 2016 in India. The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime price in India is set to Rs. 19,999 – approximately $300 USD. 

The Mi Max Prime will be available for purchase through Mi.com store in India during its upcoming Diwali sale starting October 17. When compared to Mi Max Mobile Phone Snapdragon 650 SoC, 3GB RAM and 32GB of native storage space, Mi Max Prime will come with high specs including Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of native storage space.

Rest of Xiaomi Mi Max Prime specifications remain the same such as a 6.44-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display; microSD card slot supports up to 128GB; it features a 16-megapixel rear primary camera with phase detection autofocus (PDAF) and LED flash. It has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with 85 degree wide angle lens for selfies and video calling. It has a full metal uni-body and a fingerprint sensor at the back for enhanced security.

The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime runs latest Xiaomi MIUI 8 based on Android 6.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. New MIUI OS comes with all new features such as user can now edit pictures and video right from MIUI, ‘long screenshot’ mode, which allows user to capture whole web-page screenshots at time, redesigned stock apps, Multi-window support for few apps and much more. 

The device packs in a 4850mAh battery that is rated to deliver up to 24 hour juice on a single charge which is 76 percent higher that iPhone 6s Plus, claimed by Xiaomi. For connectivity, it supports dual SIM 4G LTE/VoLTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth 4.1, Micro USB 2.0 and 3.5mm audio jack options. It measures 173.1 x 88.3 x 7.5mm and weighs around 203 grams.
