TCL Pride T500L with Iris Retina Scanner, 4G LTE and 8MP Front Camera with Flash Launched

TCL Pride T500L has been launched in India exclusively via Snapdeal shopping site, TCL to expand its mid-range smartphone line up in India. The handset is available in White and Slate Grey color variants and has been priced at Rs 10,499. It is being sold exclusively on Snapdeal in India and where you can also get Free 3G data for 3 months over Reliance CDMA and 5 percent cashback offers for HDFC Bank Debit Cards.

The TCL Pride T500L flaunts an Iris Retina Scanner which allows us to unlock the device by using the front camera, it scans your retina – blood vessel of your eyes, which is unique for every person on the earth. The handset features a 5.0-inch OGS IPS display with Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels along with 95 percent NTSC color gamut can deliver clear image quality.

More about the TCL Pride T500L specifications, the device is powered by a 2.5 GHz Octa-core processor that can supported by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC along with Adreno 405 GPU. The handset packs a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be further expandable via microSD card up to 32GB. The Pride T500L comes with a 13-megapixel primary autofocus camera on the back with Sony Exmor RS sensor, EIS (electronic image stabilisation), f/2.2 aperture, 5P lens and LED flash. While front has an 8-megapixel selfie snapper with 88-degree wide-angle lens, f/2.2 aperture and front LED flash to capture bright self-portraits and better video calling. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos.

The TCL Pride T500L runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and packs a 3050mAh battery out of the box that can easily last for a whole day. It supports Dual SIM slot, a 8.9 mm thick and weighs 130 grams. On the connectivity front, the handset includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB 2.0, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio options.
