Roborock S8 Series vacuum and floor mopping robots are available now

Roborock is finally launching its new flagship vacuum and floor mopping robots. As of now, not only is the top model Roborock S8Pro Ultra with the new RockDock available, but the cheaper Roborock S8+ with a pure suction station is also available.

At the CES 2023 earlier this year, Roborock introduced its three new vacuum and floor mopping robots, the Roborock S8, S8+, and S8Pro Ultra. Now all three new vacuum robots are available for purchase in the country.

The flagship model Roborock S8 Pro Ultra with the new RockDock is exciting. The comprehensive cleaning station RoboDock enables the almost autonomous operation of the vacuum and floor mopping robot. Not only does she empty the dust bin and take care of the freshwater tank, but she also washes the mops and dries them afterward to prevent mold and odors. The robot should be able to work independently for up to seven weeks.

Its equipment also scores well, including the vibrating VibraRise 2.0 wiping system, liftable brushes, up to 6,000 Pa suction power, and reactive 3D obstacle avoidance.

The new Roborock S8 floor cleaning robot offers the highest suction power to date at 6,000 Pa. In addition, it is equipped with a new double rubber roller brush for improved dirt pick-up and less tangled hair. In the case of the S8Pro Ultra, the brush also rises to 6 mm off the floor in mopping-only mode and when returning to the charging station to prevent dirt transfer. In this way, liquids can also be vacuumed up safely.

The mop of the VibraRise 2.0 wiping system also rises when cleaning carpets and scrubs smooth floors with a frequency of 3,000 movements per minute using sound wave technology. For this purpose, the S8Pro Ultra is equipped with two vibration modules to achieve even greater efficiency. In addition, the S8 series is equipped with the latest Roborock obstacle detection and avoidance system.

A special feature of the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra as the successor to the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra is the new RockDock. The cleaning station not only allows you to vacuum the dust container like on the S8+ but also to automatically wash the mops and refill the water tank. In addition, there is now an integrated drying function with warm air.
