Panasonic Lumix GF7 with 16MP and flip display priced at $ 600

A Panasonic launched a new version of the Panasonic GF Series DMC-GF7, followed GF6 version. The New Panasonic GF7 still owns 16 mega pixel Live MOS image sensor, but changes in design with compact retro style as GM1, not integrated viewfinder, and a 180 degree flip display facility similar Lumix GF6 support Multi ISO range up to 25,600, shutter speed up to 1/16,000 and display of 3 inches with a resolution of 1.04 million pixels.

The Lumix GF7 strongly feature a selfie camera, lightweight device with weight only 266 gram with kit lens is 336 grams. The capture button and zoom lever with an electronic zoom lens kit to help easily hold the camera with ease. The Lumix GF7 camera with 180 degree flip display comes with a self shot mode, optional automatic shooting modes like Shutter and Face Shutter Buddy. The Lumix Panasonic also features Wi-Fi supports Instant Transfer and save images right on your phone or tablet, or may be sent to the computer using a wireless access point.

The Lumix GF7 still owns the AF system automatically detects the contrast – Contrast AF, but enhanced features like autofocus identify the optimal eye – Eye Detection AF, the focus in low light conditions, pinpoint AF or Continuous AF and capture moving objects -tracking AF in camera and recording mode. Panasonic said they used 240 fps signal analysis to exchange data with the processor to enhance focus. The unit can take up to 5.8 frames/sec – single AF mode or 5 frames/sec – Continuous AF-C with the maximum number of clicks photos at 40 fps.

The Lumix GF7 support Full HD video recording capability 1920×1080 pixels, but was upgraded to standard progressive scan 60p – NTSC/50p – PAL in all modes P/A/S/ M recording through a separate button – GF6 version only supports up to 60i. Dual Micro capable of Dolby Digital sound recording and the ability to filter the noise of the wind, digital zoom up to 4.8x. Snap Movie mode supports automatic recording of each clip is 2/4/6/8 seconds to create motion effects, or used as raw material for time-lapse technique is quite interesting.
