LG Q6 Video Teasers and Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch

LG Q6 smartphone is expected to be launched in Poland on Tuesday and right ahead of its official launching, the company has released the LG Q6 video teaser.

Three video teasers reference to “LG Q series” is contained in the description of the video that also mentioned: “Q-rious? July 11th. Coming soon”.

Additionally, LG Q6 specifications also listed on GeehBench, has suggested that the device will run Android 7.1.1 Nougat and will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 430 processor clocked at 1.4GHz. It has been touted to come with a 3GB of RAM unlike LG G6, which packed 4GB of RAM.

The handset will feature a 5.4-inch FullVision display with the same 18:9 aspect ratio as the LG G6. For the camera, it is said to flaunt a single 13-megapixel rear camera, again unlike the LG G6, which comes with a dual rear camera setup.

LG hire consistency widespread rumors in recent weeks regarding the alleged LG G6 Mini version. It was first mentioned by Techno Buffalo at the end of April this year, and two months after Evan Blass has added the model with the new name called LG Q6.

This name has passed recently in the headlines after being reported to start sending out invites for the launch event of the LG Q6 on July 11 in Poland. So, LG has officially announced an event in Poland to launch the Q6 smartphone.

The invite image says “premiera nowego smartphona” that translates to Premiere of the new smartphone along with #LGBarbeQ. Another image is also an invite that translates to “We invite you to the premier of LG Q6 in Poland”, mentioning the name of the phone.

The LG Q6 invites indicates that the device will be unveiled in Poland next week, it is not clear if this will be the global launch of the smartphone or the global variant will be launch as LG G6 Mini.

Coming to the LG Q6 specifications based on previous rumors, the handset will feature a 5.4-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio from the G6. It is expected to come with 3GB of RAM and feature a single 13-megapixel rear camera on instead of dual cameras on the G6. It is rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 821, LG seems to go against the choice of current main competitors, which recently has denied the possibility of a mini variant of the Galaxy S8.
